Are both new mobs as of 1.4. The Wither Skeleton, a Nether mob, Can be spawned by using Skele spawn eggs in the Nether (75% Chance), And the wither by arranging Wither Skele head in a certain way (I could email Jeb for you, or you could get of your ass and look it up stupid (American Dad Reference to the Episode Son of Stan)). The Wither shoots wither Heads and can taget three targets at a time, because he has three heads. The "Boss Health" only show up when you look at him directly.
